Welcome! I am the creator and curator of The Cyber Record.
The Cyber Record is a living compilation of fan-made Werewolf: The Apocalypse glyphs, as well as lore that has been compiled and presented for easy reference.
Expect Wyld behavior periodically as I look for ways to improve the format and presentation.
See the footer for information on the current owner of World of Darkness and Werewolf: the Apocalypse IP.
Explore the world through the lens of Werewolf: The Apocalypse with "Rage Across Google Maps", an interactive map and official and fan-made Septs and Caerns. The Atlas contains the Map Companion spreadsheet (including entries that aren't on the map), a form to submit your own Caerns for inclusion, and the list of books sourced thus far.
Answer questions that are based on collated data from the official material; how many Elders are there really, based on what has been written? Do the stereotypes of which Tribe is good at what really hold up? Read into the comparative analyses of the hard numbers found in various categories of statistics, demographics, and representation found in Werewolf: The Apocalypse and other World of Darkness game lines.
Delve into the glyphs from official material as well as those that fans have put together. Glyphery contains the list of contributors is organized into several image-intensive subpages: Official Glyphs (containing subpages for Umbra & Spirits, Changing Breeds, Bastet Glyphs, and Corax Markers) and Custom Glyphs (containing subpages for Hall of Heroes, and Songs & Stories), as well as a spreadsheet index of glyphs.
Curation of terminology
Throughout The Cyber Record, replacement terms are being used for all editions 20th and earlier:
The term 'Patron' is used instead of Totem, in anticipation of that becoming the updated usage as per Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart of the Forest.
The names 'Older Brother' or 'Older Sibling', and 'Younger Brother' or 'Younger Sibling' are used instead of the published names of the Garou tribes of Turtle Island.
'The River Serpent' and 'The Hungry Winter' are used in lieu of the published names of the Patrons of Older Sibling and Younger Sibling, respectively.
'Stolen Moon(s)' is used in instead of Skin Dancer for that Garou "tribe".
The term 'Crinos-born' (or [applicable Changing Breed]-born) is used instead of Metis.
New terminology introduced in W5 will be used for entries related to that edition, should any be indexed here.
Updates
On Hiatus!
Due to a deficit of time, I'm on an indefinite hiatus! I will still process custom Sept/Caern and custom Glyph submissions as I'm able to. In the meantime, if you're interested in connecting with others who think a whole lot about Werewolf and make resources for it, come join us on the Geomid.Network Discord!
Past Updates
January 2022
44 Custom Glyphs were added to the Glyphery Index. I was hoping to get more done, but it turned out that between brain-stuff and other projects, I was entirely too busy to do much of anything this month. It's likely to be that way for February too as we're ramping up to do big events again and figuring out how to translate all the energy and impact they had at in-person spaces into digital space.
I'm going to try to make some time to do some improvements around the Geomid.Network Discord at least, but expect there to not be a February update and to not hear from me again until a March end-of-month update at the earliest. This is the longest I've done mostly-consistent monthly updates for this project, and I think I may just need a little break, and since I can't really set down my other project, this is the one I have to. It's awkward timing since I just got the Network together and then immediately felt like I needed a recovery hibernation, but better that I respect the need-signals I've receiving than ignore them and burn out.
In other news, congratulations to Yiodan (Shadows by Firelight) becoming an Onyx Path freelancer! He has his own channels on the Geomid.Network where you can chat with him, so if you decide to join the server, be sure to give him a congratulatory howl!
December 2021
Happy Solstice!
Geomid.Network is now live! This is just the very start and there's lots of room to grow, but the website directory and Discord server are both up, and the invite to the latter can be found on the former.
The core idea is similar to World of Darkness and Onyx Path RPGs Game Play and Media on FB (with a focus on Werewolf: The Apocalypse) in that it will serve to help Werewolf fans share the Werewolf things they're working on, as well as provide a space for them to collaborate with others, and a protectorate for their projects for those who don't have a Discord server of their own, in addition to being another place people can socialize over game in general.
Geomid.Network is disabled+queer run and will be curated to the best of our ability so as to not platform people who engage in behavior that is abusive, harassing, or oppressive to marginalized identities. We won't be permitting or boosting the projects of people who have a history of being the cause of LARP horror stories, for instance, and removing those who we find out about if they are already listed. 💙
There are some future projects on the drawing board, like potential shared-world Chronicles, but first things first! You want to be listed on the directory so people can have an easier time finding your podcast, art portfolio or commissions, actual plays, and whatever else?
It may also excite you to know that Amylin (The Werewolf Den), Glyphmaker (Garou Glyph Dictionary), SpreadsheetGarou (@ExcelGarou), The Toering (Lore of the Apocalypse) and Yiodan (Shadows by Firelight) are already there!
If this sounds interesting to you, come perform the Rite of Connection!
A few additions to the Custom Glyphs were uploaded, which you can find here: Glyphery Change Log.
November 2021
November 2021
I wanted to do something vaguely momentous this month, because this time last year was a momentous time for The Cyber Record. As always, I have to respect my energy and shifting limitations (or they'll will make me) and so I didn't get as much progress done as I would have liked, but I made some strides and finally, in the waning days of the month, I invited some fellow Werewolf nerds and fan creators to preview a Discord server that I have ready for the public on the winter solstice: Geomid.Network. It's been about year since I actually created the server, although the vast majority of that time was it just been sitting there idle while I hemmed and hawed about it, and had my time absorbed by other projects. Some conversations I had with other Werewolf folks gave me a push to come back to it, and this seemed to be a good time for it.
The launch of the server will also come with an accompanying directory site, to help people connect with other Werewolf fan creators and resources, so you can still benefit from it even if you don't Discord. #Vamily has a pretty strong community and connectivity for Vampire, and I want to see that for Werewolf. It's a lot harder for us to find each other and uplift each other and the spotlight the projects we work on and the crafts we make, and my hope is this will help do that!
Another cause to donate to and support in other ways was added to the Quest: Take Action! under Defend Our Mother and to the Quest layer of Rage Across Google Maps: Wet’suwet’en Strong: Gidimt’en Checkpoint and Wet’suwet’en Strong: Unist'ot'en Camp.
A couple Atlas updates, which you can find here: Atlas Change Log.
A few additions to the Custom Glyphs were uploaded, which you can find here: Glyphery Change Log.
Also, Google Sheets recently had an update that finally allows the insertion of images into a cell, whereas previously they could only be placed atop them — meaning you couldn't have images as part of a sortable index, before. The addition of the function had me immediately updating the Glyphery Index as soon as I noticed it, so now that spreadsheet includes an image of the referenced glyph in the same row, for all 309 official glyphs listed. I cannot overstate how excited I am about this, it was the one thing I had been needing for the index to really make it complete in its use. Custom glyphs are next...
October 2021
A new section called Data has been added! It features the immense amount of work that SpreadsheetGarou has done collecting data and making statistical analysis on the demographics and representation of statted Werewolf NPCs and templates, and will one day have my own data that approaches these topics from a different angle. I'm very excited to be able to welcome this honored guest and help give the project the attention it deserves on The Cyber Record!
Four additions to Official Glyphs were made (which includes the Glyphery Index spreadsheet), including some stragglers I kept forgetting to clean up so they could be posted, and one that I had forgotten about entirely while trying to figure out how to label it: Bright Moon, Kings, Phoenix, and Pelt. Also, an official glyph I had previously labeled "Marrying Spirits" for the section it was in has been renamed to "Mate" as per the Werewolf: the Apocalypse Glyphs resource released by White Wolf on Storyteller's Vault that I just found out about, three years later. It was a bittersweet discovery, as I was one part proud that my own work putting together the collection of official glyphs had been so complete that it was missing only two from that resource (and included several that aren't in it!) — but simultaneous sad that it meant there weren't a ton of new glyphs and lexicon to get to add, as a result. Some big Galliard problems over here.
I'm still deciding how I want to proceed with the Glyph Challenge. On the one hand, I have some aspirations to do something more elaborate with it; on the other hand, that might take a long time for me to be able to pull off because of my brain and related disabilities. Do I just stick with the simple thing of going with the AhaSlides version? Or do I focus on getting the much cooler thing going instead, so I don't have to worry about people losing their scores? Do I go ahead and finish the AhaSlides version and use that for now and then just invite people to retake the quiz when the more elaborate project eventually gets done? Insert Psyduck clutching their head here. Anyway, I haven't forgotten about the Glyph Challenge, I've just been weighing my options, the situation, and my ambitions against what is reasonable for my energy levels and I don't have a decision quiiiiite yet.
A couple Atlas updates for October, which you can find here: Atlas Change Log.
September 2021
I got waylaid by other things I had to get done so September ended up being a sparse month for updates, and the forecast for October is likely to be busy with other projects, too. Most of my TCR time was spent poking around and trying to learn how to make apps to improve the project as a whole, but I'm still a long ways off from being able to build anything. Also coming up: Rage Across Google Maps' creation was on October 8th 2013, which makes also makes it its golden birthday this year!
Atlas updates included a new map layer specifically for Hives, Pits, and other Wyrm-taken places, so if you want to want to look at just Gaian or just Wyrmish places of power on the map, that's now an option. Two more Wyrmish places were added, which you can find in the Atlas Change Log.
Another cause to donate to and support in other ways was added to the Quest: Take Action! under Defend Our Mother and to the Quest layer of Rage Across Google Maps: National Indigenous Women's Resource Center.
Earlier this month I talked with SpreadsheetGarou, another data-loving Werewolf nerd, and discovered that we had been working on almost the exact same demographics project but different angles! The spreadsheets I've been working on are still a ways off from completion and so I had been keeping a lid on them — less for secrecy and more so that I wouldn't blab about them either feel satiated by that or feel like now that I've blabbed about it I have to hold myself to an unnecessary deadline to get it finished. (Managing feelings of productivity with disabilities that impact it is a balancing act!) But SpreadsheetGarou's data is basically ready to be released and they gave me permission to host it here! Since this sort of reference material doesn't fit in the Atlas or Glyphery, I'll be moving making a new section for it from the backburner to the front burner (the good one, we all know the one) and hope to get that done sometime in October, or November at the latest.
August 2021
Finally had time to get a demo of the first Glyph Challenge up!
Try it out and let me know what you think! Even if you don't know glyphs, you can give general feedback about functionality. Don't worry, the scores will be wiped after this testing phase.
This is the first in a series planned. Each following Challenge should progress in difficulty, and likely also get longer (but not too long!).
The optional submitting of email is a function that I can turn on (but is not currently on for the testing phase of this Challenge). That should allow me to track the progress of participants across all the Challenges they use that same email for, which in turn will let me tally their total score to put on the planned Challenges page.
I'm going to see how this first Lore Challenge performs before I get too wild with it, but I'm excited to finally be getting the first stage of more interactive components launched, especially since they double as teaching tools for the lore.
A new Pack Link was also added for a friend who is a photographer, gearhead, and occasional streamer. You'll likely be seeing some of their work here in the future once we're able to hang out again to do some photoshoots!
July 2021
I mostly took the month "off" from The Cyber Record (making room for my disabilities during Disability Pride and Awareness Month? What serendipitous timing!) so the July update is minimal:
The Auspice and Tribe subpages, previously nested in the Custom Glyphs section, were combined into the main Custom Glyphs page itself, and I made a new table of contents for it. If this makes it makes that page too big to load or clunky to navigate, let me know! You can either reach out to me through any of the ways listed in the Chiminage section, or use the new Report Form. There are a number of limitations with Google Sites and I'm locked into the functions they provide, so I have to figure out ways to make do with what's there.
A new Pack Link was added for a friend and you should definitely check out his voice acting portfolio!
June 2021
Thanks to a donation I was able to get a few improvements done!
The Cyber Record now has a new domain name: thecyberrecord.net. Nice and simple, easy to remember. (Unfortunately gw.net, aw.ooo and awoo.ooo were all unavailable. Sigh!)
A new Help page was made, which includes the Troubleshooting section (which was previously on the Atlas page) and the updated guide for how to turn Rage Across Google Maps off (or back on) on your phone, as well as a new Report Form for reporting errors or other issues.
There was one addition to Custom Glyphs, "Legend" Rank by Feral Noesis, finishing out that series of Rank Glyphs.
I rearranged the additional Werewolf links below the Pack Links, and now it prominently features The Werewolf Den podcast, and Werewolf: The Podcast.
Another three causes to donate to and support in other ways were added to the Quest: Take Action! under Defend Our Mother and to the Quest layer of Rage Across Google Maps: The Indian Residential School Survivor Society, Kamloops Aboriginal Friendship Society - New Friendship Centre, and Stop Line 3.
Also a number of as-yet-unannounced projects had some progress made on them, but I’m not ready to talk about them until they’re closer to being ready to share. They definitely involve more spreadsheets and charts, though!
There was more I’d had planned to get done, but the heat dome had other designs so those will have to wait for a later update. I’ll leave the June update off with this teaser: some interactive aspects beyond submitting your own creations have been planned for a while and some of those are finally in the works!
May 2021
A few Atlas updates for May, which you can find here: Atlas Change Log.
April 2021
Just a couple of Atlas updates for April, which you can find here: Atlas Change Log.
Soon I will be overhauling my set up, which should make it more comfortable for me to work on this project, especially when it comes to cross-referencing multiple sources for Sept/Caern locations and other data.
March 2021
The Garou New Year begins on the first full moon that occurs after the Vernal Equinox. For this year, that means it begins on March 28th. Welcome to the month of Nerigal.
🌖
Jackie Cassada, one of the authors of Rage Across the Heavens, which gave us a whole added depth to the Aetherial skies of Werewolf: The Apocalypse and more tools to detail out our characters with, passed away in December 2020 from COVID-19. Nicky Rea, the other author of that book, survived the virus but has been dealing with the long term effects and expenses of that in addition to the loss of her partner.
The GoFundMe that was created by Phil Brucato on Nicky's behalf to help support her has lost momentum; it's been a month since any donations have been made. I can't think of a better way to celebrate the Garou New Year than to get a resurgence of support going for Nicky. Even if you aren't able to donate, please share and signal boost!

New year, new sheet for the Map Companion spreadsheet; there is now a sheet called "Info" to help guide people who might stumble across the spreadsheet before the website. This "landing page" also contains the current version of the Map Companion so you know if your personal copy is up to date or if you need to make a fresh copy — such as when there were 16 existing entries had additions to the "Location, Indigenous territory" column this month.
You can see the specifics of the updates in the Atlas Change Log.
As a side note: the updates I do are usually in incremental spurts throughout the month as I have the time, rather than all at once, but the update to the version is made at or near the end of the month.
I accidentally started another spreadsheet project because of a question asked of me, but it's a ways off from completion and not ready for sharing yet, but you can expect to see charts resulting from it in the future.
February 2021
As expected, there are no updates to report for February, as I have been Questing in an Umbral realm that takes the form of the Fenrir homelands!
I am very tempted to see if anyone wants to collaboratively build a Caern in Valheim...
January 2021
The major forecast for January was adding to the substantial queue of locations to be audited and added to Rage Across Google Maps Atlas, and indeed, 20+ more official Septs/Caerns were added to that queue!
A new map marker icon was added to Rage Across Google Maps denote Septs that do not have Caern of their own. In some cases it is it not explicitly stated one way or the other. This map marker is used for Septs that are explicitly stated to not have a Caern. I had considered doing this earlier, but there hadn't really been much of a need to differentiate Septs-with-Caerns from Septs-without-Caerns until recently, when a substantial chunk of the new additions to the queue were stated to be without-Caerns.
A list of Protectorates and their sources (15 so far) has begun, although it will be some time before they are ready to be drawn on the map. Protectorates is a project that is at the end of a queue that has over a hundred Septs/Caerns ahead of it, but I wanted to at least start getting it lined up to see how much there is to work with and if it's worth pursuing all the way through.
3 more official Garou glyphs were added to Glyphery, and 1 Sept was placed on Rage Across Google Maps.
December 2020
I've been working on some things for y'all to enjoy with another big update to The Cyber Record:
The Glyphery section has been greatly expanded, to the tune of an additional 263 Garou glyphs, 31 Bastet glyphs, and 7 Corax markers in a new Official Glyphs section, along with a spreadsheet index as a companion guide that lists a source for a given glyph. The spreadsheet is embedded at the bottom of the "Official Glyphs" page and can be popped out separately, if desired.
There is a massive update to Rage Across Google Maps in queue that I'm plinking away at as I have the time to do so. There's 116 Septs and Caerns already on the list to be added, and probably more on the way as I try to get my hands on some books I don't have yet. There's a couple Moon Bridges popping up, and I'm looking at adding Protectorates for those that list any information about them in the future.
As always, you can submit your custom Septs and Caerns — or Hives and Pits, or other Fera-equivalent sacred sites — to be included on Rage Across Google Maps. There is a form you can fill out on the website for this, or you can copy the template and email it to me if that works for you better.
There is also similar instructions to make it easier for submitting your fan-made glyphs to be included in the Custom Glyphs section of Glyphery.
Starting this month and going forward, there is monthly "Quest" where a certain number of people who donate to causes that are primarily be IBPOC projects, and share tale of their honorable deeds (by sharing their receipt of the donation with me) will earn them an opportunity to have their name picked for glyphifying. The goal is to raise awareness and help for these causes and have a little fun along the way, getting back to the roots of the call to action that Werewolf has always been.
And finally, all of the spreadsheets now match The Cyber Record's new theme.
November 2020
The Cyber Record has fully migrated from its previous webhost to this Google site to better integrate with the rest of the Google features it makes use of. The old websites will remain up a time for the purposes of redirecting, but if you have bookmarked any of the The Cyber Record projects, please be sure to update them!
In addition to migrating the website, this update also included a round of improving all of the images (about 280 of them!) in Glyphery. Some of the contributed glyphs were made a very long time ago and were very small, so I cleaned them up and made them larger and much more visible.
I hope you all enjoy the facelift!
The website is optimized for viewing on desktop but it is automatically adaptive and should be just as legible on mobile. Please let me know if your experience navigating The Cyber Record on mobile is a chore. If there is strong feedback about it, I could be convinced to make a version that is optimized for mobile as well.
If you appreciate what I do and would like to support this on-going project, I now have a Patreon and a Ko-fi to accept chiminage.

Defend Our Mother
Looking for ways to defend Gaia and Combat the Wyrm Wherever it Dwells and Whenever it Breeds and Respect the Territory of Another even though you haven't had your First Change yet? There are still plenty of ways you can make real, meaningful impact on an immediate and individual basis.
Quest: Take Action!
Do you want to fight for Gaia and get a chance of getting a glyph name made for you in the process?
Here is how to participate in this quest:
Pick one of the causes (listed below and on Rage Across Google Maps) and donate a minimum of $10 to that cause.
Take a screenshot of the completed transaction as proof of your honorable deed (block out sensitive info).
Use this form to submit that screenshot
(or)
email that screenshot with the subject "Quest: Take Action!" to thecyberrecord@gmail.com along with the name of the character, pack, sept or caern that you'd like to have a glyph name made for.
Each month, I will choose up to 10 donors and contact them for more information about the name they provided. You can also provide this information at the same time you tell tale of your deed. I may have follow up questions because I love to hear about how names were earned, and the details of how they earned it are part of the composition process for their glyph name. Once the glyph name is finished, I'll send you the image file and put it up in the Hall of Heroes with a mention of the support given.
Questions?
"Why it is for only these specific causes?"
It's an effort to do at least a minimum amount of verification to make sure that an action is either led by the people/community it concerns, or that it at least has their endorsement (for example, Indigenous people being involved in a project that relates to their community). This is so as to not signal boost bad faith actors who seek to capitalize on an opportunity for fame or profit, while those doing the most work continue to labor with a fraction of the support.
The Cyber Record highlights primarily Indigenous issues on Turtle Island (North America) for a couple reasons: Werewolf: The Apocalypse would not exist without the Indigenous beliefs and concepts that were appropriated from the real life Nations of Turtle Island, and The Cyber Record itself is based out of Lhaq’temish and Nuxwsá7aq land (in the World of Darkness, this would also be Younger Sibling territory!). This does not exclude other issues from also being listed, however! The list is focused on actionable support and will be added to.
"I know of a cause that should be included!"
Please send me the details! I especially would like to see projects and causes that are led by and center Indigenous people, Black people, and People of Color, and that have clear directions for how people can help, such as donations, official petitions that local representatives can use, and other actions that are within an individual's power to contribute.
"Yikes, one of the things you've included is actually harmful or a scam!"
Definitely let me know so I can remove it! If you have a recommendation for a replacement, please include that as well. As mentioned, I'm trying to walk the fine line between cursory verification and also not gatekeeping, so if it looks like it is led or endorsed by people from the community it concerns, I add it. There are a number of organizations that perpetuate colonialism (especially in conservation) that I am aware of and know to avoid, but there are just too many things for me to keep track of with a deep understanding of who is involved. I appreciate any help curating the list to make sure our support isn't going to an inappropriate actor!
"Why set a limit on how many donors get glyphs? Why not just make one for everyone who donates that wants one?"
There is a limit because that is what I can reasonably offer to make each month in my free time without getting buried. I may adjust this number up or down as time goes on. But ultimately, it's just meant to be a fun inclusion to the fundraising and support gathering for these important causes and not the focus.
"How can I simplify my view on Rage Across Google Maps so that only actions or only septs/caerns show up?"
You can toggle any map layer to be visible or hidden for you as it suits your needs by clicking the check box to the left to the layer's name.

We work from San Carlos, Arizona connecting Apaches and other Native and non-Native allies from all over the world.
Chi'chil Bildagoteel (also known as Oak Flat) is a sacred site for our Apache people and many other Native Americans. This is a place that has special significance— a place where we pray, collect water and medicinal plants for ceremonies, gather acorns and other foods, and honor those that are buried here. We have never lost our relationship to Chi'chil Bildagoteel, though the U.S. Government, at times in our history, has imprisoned us on our Reservations and not allowed us to come here. We have established an encampment to protect the Holy Ground at Chi'chil Bildagoteel with its four crosses, representing the entire surrounding sacred area, including its water, animals, oak trees, and other plants central to our tribal identity. The four crosses are now part of the body of Chi'chil Bildagoteel."
The Frances Thompson Education Foundation
"The Frances Thompson Education Foundation (FTEF) nurtures Black trans and non-binary students and funds academic discourse and theory. We do this through a mixture of direct scholarships to Black trans and non-binary students and the 2021 launch of The Frances Thompson Academic journal.
Our number 1 goal is to make college accessible for every Black trans and non-binary child in the country.
Every day college students are faced with the reality of homelessness, food insecurity, and insurmountable debt. These issues become tenfold for Black trans and non-binary college students. After struggling through undergrad and while currently fielding through graduate school in the South, founder Desi Hall knew that there needs to be more support than this.
Many systemic inequities make college inaccessible for Black trans and non-binary youth, but the Thompson Foundation intends to remove the financial barriers."

The Indian Residential School Survivor Society
"The Indian Residential School Survivor Society (IRSSS) is a provincial organization with a twenty-year history of providing services to Indian Residential School Survivors.
The Indian Residential School Survivors Society began in 1994 as a working committee of the First Nations Summit. We were known as the Residential School Project, housed out of and as a part of the BC First Nations Summit. Our work was primarily to assist Survivors with the litigation process pertaining to Residential School abuses. In more recent years our work has expanded to include assisting the descendants of Survivors and implementing Community education measures (Indigenous & Non-Indigenous).
As of March 2002, we formally became the Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS). The IRSSS is governed by an elected Board of Directors from six regions of BC; the Board of Directors are also Survivors or Intergenerational Survivors of Residential Schools. The Board of Directors is responsible for the funding of the organization and delegates its day-to-day duties to our Executive Director. The Executive Director is hired by the Board of Directors and hold full responsibility for the implementation of Board initiatives and policies and hiring staff. The board is supported by a staff of 20 professionals and 16 Elders who provide Cultural Support, most of whom are either Indian Residential School Survivors or Intergenerational Survivors.
IRSSS provides essential services to Residential School Survivors, their families, and those dealing with Intergenerational traumas. These impacts affect every family and every community across B.C. and Canada. This fact is most evident in the Corrections Canada Services-the numbers of First Nations people incarcerated, Child and Family Services child apprehensions, the high number of people on social assistance, unemployment and underemployed, lower levels of education, the lowest number within an ethnic minority of “determinants of health”, the list of impacts is extremely high while the services available to effectively assist impacts of Residential Schools remain quite low.
One of our Society’s goals is to continually expand our support to partner organizations and maximize access to culturally sensitive, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual care."
K'é Infoshop
"We are still providing mutual aid, but have slowed down due to the size of our cozy Infoshop. Our focus is on providing critical items to elders, disabled relatives, non-binary relatives, unsheltered relatives, and single parent/guardian households in the Window Rock, AZ and Gallup, NM areas. If you know someone who is part of the groups we focus on and needs help, email keinfoshop-at-protonmail.com or leave a voicemail at 505.552.2533. We schedule deliveries every Tuesday afternoon from 1 PM to 6 PM. Every Saturday at the Infoshop we provide a warm meal and community giveaways of items donated to us.
Now is probably the best shot we have at raising enough funds for our first tier goal, which is $75,000 to purchase materials and tools needed to build our mobile off-grid infoshop. Second tier is a lofty $250,000 to buy back stolen land near a bordertown and restore kinship with it. The first-tier is our immediate priority to ramp up our mutual aid efforts again.
There are grants available for this, we don't want to apply for them because we must maintain our autonomy and ability to serve our relatives directly without any branding or parachuting, which are against our organizing principals. Help us continue to evolve our infoshop from a small radical community center to a model of how it may be done throughout Indigenous territories.
We are are not a non-profit but have a fiscal sponsor who can accept tax-deductible donations on our behalf."
Kamloops Aboriginal Friendship Society - New Friendship Centre
https://kafs.ca/
https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign/newfriendshipcentre/kamloopsaboriginalfriendshipsociety
"Kamloops Aboriginal Friendship Society (KAFS) is a non-profit society, dedicated to empowering Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities in Kamloops and the surrounding area. KAFS offers programs and services for urban Natives, including:· access to healthcare and wellness initiatives, outreach programs for children, youths, adults, elders, and families, childcare, counselling, community-focused programs and spaces, food hamper/nutrition programs, and much more. In other words, KAFS is community mainstay offering all-encompassing services to both Indigenous Urban Peoples, as well as anyone in need.
KAFS is in dire need of a new building. Currently, the existing building infrastructure has aged poorly and is being used beyond the end of it’s lifecycle. In addition, the centre is unable to adapt and expand programs in response to the needs of the local urban Aboriginal community. As a result, KAFS is raising funds to finance the construction of a new Friendship Centre, which in addition to the abovementioned programs, will also include on-site affordable social housing units prioritized for elders, single mothers, and Indigenous families.
While our goal is to raise $500,000 through this GoFundMe initiative, we are in need of a total of $2 million more to move ahead with construction on our new Centre, scheduled to begin in Spring 2021. Please donate today - any amount will make a difference!"
Landback: Ȟesápa
"On July 3, 2020, Land Defenders took to Mt.Rushmore to reignite the fight for the Black Hills and the closure of Mt. Rushmore, a symbol of white supremacy and racism. Now, 21 of those Land Defenders who stood in defense of the sacred Ȟesápa, the ancestral homelands of Lakota and many other Indigenous Nations, are facing criminal charges. Inspired by the action taken that day, NDN Collective has developed the LANDBACK campaign, a mutli-faceted campaign to get Indigenous lands back into Indigenous hands, and empower Indigenous people across Turtle Island with the tools and strategies to do LANDBACK work in their own communities."
#MinersOutCovidOut
https://minersoutcovidout.org/
"The #MinersOutCovidOut campaign is an initiative launched by the Yanomami and Ye’kwana Leadership Forum, Hutukara Yanomami Association (HAY), Wanasseduume Ye'kwana Association (SEDUUME), Kumirayoma Yanomami Women’s Association (AMYK) Texoli Ninam Association of Roraima State (TANER) and the Yanomami Association of the River Cauaburis and Affluents (AYRCA).
The communities in the Yanomami Territory are seriously threatened! In the past, we lost many of our relatives to diseases brought in by non-indigenous people and today we still suffer from those losses. We do not want outsiders to bring in more diseases which threaten our relatives’ lives.
Today, we’re once more at risk from the Xawara (epidemic) brought in by non-indigenous people which you call Coronavirus. Our communities are far from the cities and are already suffering from an increase in cases of malaria, and there is not enough health care to look after our family members who are sick. We do not want this situation to become even worse with the arrival of Coronavirus.
We urgently need to prevent the spread of more diseases. Illegal miners come and go from our lands in search of gold with impunity. They circulate in our communities without any preventative health measures, and it is only a matter of time before the coronavirus Xawara [epidemic] spreads among us.
We are also concerned about the Moxihatëtëa - groups of isolated (uncontacted) indigenous people - who know nothing about the Xawara that the non-indigenous people bring in. It is critical to stop the invasion of miners from causing yet another tragedy. We need to protect the lives of the Yanomami and Ye’kwana!
The Yanomami Leadership Forum has decided that we want to live healthily and without goldmining. Act before it's too late. Join us to prevent our families from being infected with the coronavirus by requiring the authorities of the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Health to take urgent measures in coordination with other government agencies, and with the appropriate health precautions, to remove all of the miners still on our land."

Real Rent Duwamish

"Real Rent calls on people who live and work in Seattle to make rent payments to the Duwamish Tribe. Though the city named for the Duwamish leader Chief Seattle thrives, the Tribe has yet to be justly compensated for their land, resources, and livelihood.
You can do something today to stand in solidarity with First Peoples of this land by paying Real Rent.
All funds go directly to Duwamish Tribal Services (DTS) to support the revival of Duwamish culture and the vitality of the Duwamish Tribe."
SOS Amazônia - Fridays for Future Brazil
https://www.sosamazonia.fund/en
"Fridays for Future Brazil confronting the Covid-19 crisis among traditional communities in the Amazon.
Last year, we were marching in the streets, bringing awareness to the climate emergency. We listened to promises of a better world and a more sustainable society. We are now back with a plea for help. Public authorities in the heart of the Amazon Rainforest have begged for assistance, and this cannot be ignored.
The indigenous and riverside communities in the Amazon are the biggest defenders of the forest, and they are fundamental players in the fight against climate change.
Fridays for Future does not constitute a formal organization. Therefore, we do not have the liberty, nor the structure, to donate resources directly. We have therefore chosen an institution to receive the money and forward it to places and communities to be determined by the activists involved in the project.
The communities which will receive money will be chosen by Fridays for Future.
In the Upper Negro River, we're going to direct the resources to the Santa Isabel territory, attending to the Yanomami communities. In the Lábrea and Purus region, we will be directing resources to the Caititu, Tapaua and Deni lands, and the Paumari, Apurinã, Deni, Jamamdi and Jarauwara will be attended. In Manaus and its surroundings, we expect to be able to help 19 different communities and a total of 1489 families."
#StandWithLuoktaMávas
http://arvasfoundation.com/#!/luokta-mavas-vs-sveaskog/
"Indigenous people's ancestral land is threatened by Europe's largest logging company. Sveaskog intends to log 1000 football fields of forests, devastating to the climate and a death sentence for our community, says Lars Anders Baer, chairman of the Sámi reindeer herding district Luokta-Mávas.
Europe's largest logging company, Government-owned Sveaskog, plans to harvest the last remaining natural forests in Luokta-Mávas Sámi reindeer herding district, in the northern part of Sweden. The indigenous Sámi people have been living on these lands for thousands of years, proven by archaeological traces in the now threatened forests. The elders have always said that as long as the reindeer can live here, so can we. Now we are faced with a scenario that will be crucial for the reindeer's survival, and our existence as a people. Without the forests, no life, says Sofia Jannok.
One cannot clear-cut natural forests and at the same time halt the climate collapse nor honor the Paris agreement. It's impossible. But if Luokta-Mávas' indigenous people's rights are respected, Sweden still has a fair chance to live up to the Paris Agreement. It's in their hands now.
We are not here to protest, we are here to protect. This is part of a larger #StandWithSápmi movement.
Stay tuned and we will engage with you more so that we together can make our collaborative voices heard and make sure that this never happens in Sápmi again. The last remaining natural forests in Sápmi should not, under any circumstances, be clear-cut."
Stop Line 3
https://www.stopline3.org/
https://www.stopline3.org/take-action
"WHAT IS LINE 3
Line 3 is a proposed pipeline expansion to bring nearly a million barrels of tar sands per day from Alberta, Canada to Superior, Wisconsin. It was proposed in 2014 by Enbridge, a Canadian pipeline company responsible for the largest inland oil spill in the US. Enbridge seeks to build a new pipeline corridor through untouched wetlands and the treaty territory of Anishinaabe peoples, through the Mississippi River headwaters to the shore of Lake Superior.
WHY THE OPPOSITION
All pipelines spill. Line 3 isn’t about safe transportation of a necessary product, it’s about expansion of a dying tar sands industry. Line 3 would contribute more to climate change than Minnesota’s entire economy. Minnesota’s own Department of Commerce found our local market does not need Line 3 oil. We need to decommission the old Line 3 and justly transition to a renewable, sustainable economy. Line 3 would violate the treaty rights of Anishinaabe peoples and nations in its path — wild rice is a centerpiece of Anishinaabe culture, it grows in numerous watersheds Line 3 seeks to cross. It’s well-past time to end the legacy of theft from and destruction of indigenous peoples and territories.
WHAT WE CAN DO
We can keep organizing, educating, and advocating to stop Line 3 and build the future we want. Legal and grassroots efforts have kept Enbridge’s Line 3 destruction at bay — it was supposed to be complete in 2017. We are holding events in our homes, community centers, churches, schools, and online. We are talking to our politicians, speaking up at hearings, marching in protests, taking nonviolent direct action together, and reporting Enbridge’s activity along the proposed route. We are teaching and learning from each other. We are growing food and investing in renewable energy. Wherever you are and whatever your skill set, there is a place for you in the movement to stop Line 3."
Wet’suwet’en Strong: Gidimt’en Checkpoint
"Gidimt'en is one of five clans of the Wet’suwet’en Nation. The creation of the Gidimt'en Camp was announced in the Wet’suwet’en feast hall, with the support of all chiefs present.
The Gidimt’en Checkpoint is controlling access to Cas Yikh House territory within the larger Gidimt’en clan territory at 44.5 km on the Morice River FSR. The collective House Chiefs made the decision to support Gidimt’en Checkpoint December 14th, 2018. The five clans ratified the decision in a bahlats (feast) in Witset on December 16th, 2018.
On Friday, December 21st, a judge granted Coastal Gas Link an extension to their injunction against individuals at the Unist’ot’en Camp, applying it to all resistance camps South of Houston.
In response to CGL’s injunction, the Gidimt'en Checkpoint was established on the road leading to the Unist’ot’en Camp. CGL’s lawyers have been arguing that the Unist’ot’en are essentially a rogue group without a rightful claim to aboriginal title. The Gidimt'en intervention shows that the Unist’ot’en are not alone, and that the hereditary chiefs are prepared to uphold Wet’suwet’en law by refusing to grant CGL consent to access the Yintah."
Wet’suwet’en Strong: Unist'ot'en Camp
"We stand as witnesses to this historic moment when the federal and provincial governments, RCMP, and Coastal GasLink/TC Energy (formerly TransCanada) are openly violating Wet’suwet’en, Canadian, and international law.
Coastal GasLink/TC Energy is pushing through a 670-kilometer fracked gas pipeline that would carry fracked gas from Dawson Creek, B.C. to the coastal town of Kitimat, where LNG Canada’s processing plant would be located. LNG Canada is the single largest private investment in Canadian history.
Each clan within the Wet’suwet’en Nation has full jurisdiction under their law to control access to their territory. Under ‘Anuc niwh’it’en (Wet’suwet’en law) all five clans of the Wet’suwet’en have unanimously opposed all pipeline proposals and have not provided free, prior, and informed consent to Coastal Gaslink/ TransCanada to do work on Wet’suwet’en lands.
How can you, as a supporter, show your solidarity with the Wet’suwet’en and Unist’ot’en battle against industry giants? What can you do to stem the tide of colonization and corporate greed usurping Indigenous rights?"
Chiminage
If you appreciate what I do and would like to support this on-going project, I have a Patreon and a Ko-fi!
I do this out of a love for the game, but it's time consuming and I often have to prioritize other projects over The Cyber Record because they are the ones that give me bones to gnaw on. Your support means that I can:
Do updates to all aspects of The Cyber Record (Atlas, Glyphery, etc) more frequently
Branch out into adding more types of information to the Atlas (how about Changing Breed locations? Or estimated Protectorate ranges?)
Making high quality versions and vectors of all of the contributions to Glyphery
Potentially offer even more nerdy stuff like ✨personalized Garou Astrology charts✨ and other data sheets and tools relating to the lore in the future
Work on the Digital Mnesis, a project I've had on the horizon to expand The Cyber Record to include the sagas of fan-run Chronicles and characters
If any of this sounds interesting to you, if you have suggestions or something else you'd like to see, or if you just want to share some love for what has been done thus far, please consider providing chiminage to keep this disabled, queer spirit nourished.
